As many martial arts and fitness gym school owners know, there are more people interested in taking a high-intensity fitness heavy bag class (with aspects of self-defense) than those that want to move up the belt ranks of a martial art. StrikeFit was created to elevate the form and function of the ubiquitous "kickboxing class." In doing so, we crafted a patented system for stamina-building, weight loss, and Krav Maga movements in a program that can be implemented daily and frequently.
